Building a site from scratch with WordPress is not a challenge for me. Indeed one of the biggest effort of this project has been the transforming all the contents of the old website written in plain html (more or less 60 pages) into new WordPress pages giving them an uniform style and appearance instead of a chaotic pile of random articles. Once i did that, translations and SEO have been easy to implement.
